Rustin helped me find and purchase both an investment property and our new primary residence. When I first hired him, we were originally only looking for a sub $75k rental house. He understood what we were looking for an didn’t try to steer us toward homes that were better for him than for us. He was knowledgeable and professional through which is why we used him again to purchase our primary residence. Boy did he find us a great deal to. With Rustin’s help, we were able to buy lake front property for $11k less than the same floor plan home was selling for off the water. That’s a steal in my book.
